Accelerators Global Ltd
Effective Date: 9 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, communications, quotations, services and supplies offered by Accelerators Global Ltd (“AGL”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By instructing us, accepting a quotation, making payment, submitting an application, purchasing goods or otherwise using our services, you (“you”, “client” or “customer”) agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.
AGL operates several service lines. A service-specific proposal, quotation, engagement letter, invoice, purchase order or written agreement may contain additional terms. Where there is a conflict, the expressly agreed service-specific document will apply to that particular transaction, subject to applicable law.
Accelerators Global Ltd currently operates across the following service areas:
Admission Accelerators – education and admissions support, pathway guidance, application coordination and related student-support services.
AGL Medicals – sourcing, procurement, supply and distribution of healthcare consumables, medical supplies, selected devices and equipment, ward and admission essentials, professional apparel and related institutional supply services.
Training & Professional Development – training, facilitation, coaching, mentoring and capacity-building programmes.
Business Consulting & Advisory – management, business development, project, quality-improvement and related advisory services.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information reasonably required for the service or transaction.
AGL may rely on information and documents supplied by you or by a third party acting with your authority.
You are responsible for promptly notifying AGL of material changes to information previously provided.
AGL reserves the right to pause or decline an engagement where information is incomplete, inconsistent, suspected to be fraudulent, unlawful or unsafe, or where continuing would breach a regulatory or contractual obligation.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are estimates or offers valid for the period indicated and may be affected by availability, supplier pricing, foreign exchange rates, freight, taxes, regulatory charges and third-party fees.
A transaction becomes binding when AGL accepts the order or engagement in writing or otherwise begins performance following agreed payment or authorisation.
Prices and applicable payment milestones will be communicated before commitment.
Third-party charges are separate from AGL professional or service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, bank charges, exchange-rate differences, courier or freight costs and regulatory charges may be separately payable where disclosed.
Late or incomplete payment may delay or suspend performance.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the service or product, work already performed, goods already ordered or supplied, third-party commitments and applicable law.
Where permitted by law, AGL may deduct properly disclosed amounts relating to work already completed or unavoidable third-party costs.
For goods, applicable statutory rights concerning defective, unsafe, misdescribed or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
Custom, specially sourced, sterile, temperature-sensitive, hygiene-sensitive or opened goods may have restricted return eligibility where permitted by law and appropriately disclosed. This does not remove applicable rights concerning defective, unsafe or misdescribed goods.
Admission Accelerators provides education guidance, admissions support and related administrative services.
AGL does not itself grant admission, scholarships, visas, immigration status, professional registration or employment. Final decisions remain with the relevant educational institution, embassy, immigration authority, regulator, scholarship body or employer.
Admission criteria, tuition fees, application timelines, work rights, immigration rules and other third-party requirements may change.
Information is provided in good faith based on information available at the relevant time. Official information issued by educational institutions, governments, embassies, immigration authorities and regulators takes precedence.
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, authenticity and completeness of their applications and supporting documents.
AGL will not knowingly submit falsified, altered or misleading documents.
No statement made by AGL should be interpreted as a guarantee of admission, visa approval, scholarship, employment or immigration outcome.
AGL Medicals provides healthcare-related sourcing, procurement and supply services unless a particular transaction expressly states another role.
AGL does not represent itself as the manufacturer of third-party products and does not replace manufacturers' instructions, labelling, warranties, technical information or regulatory responsibilities.
Where products are subject to registration, authorisation, standards, import controls or other regulatory requirements, their procurement and supply will be subject to applicable Nigerian law and the requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities.
AGL may request or verify information including manufacturer details, product registration, batch or lot information, expiry date, country of origin, specifications and other compliance information before procurement or supply.
Product photographs, catalogues and descriptions are illustrative unless a quotation, invoice or purchase order identifies the exact brand, manufacturer, model, specification, quantity and packaging.
Where a customer expressly requests a particular manufacturer, brand or product, AGL will not substitute another product without the customer's agreement.
Customers and institutional buyers are encouraged to inspect deliveries promptly for quantity, visible damage, packaging integrity, batch or lot details, expiry information where applicable, and conformity with agreed specifications.
Any discrepancy should be reported promptly through the contact channel stated on the relevant quotation, invoice or delivery document.
AGL does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or clinical advice merely by supplying a healthcare product.
Products requiring professional use must be used by appropriately qualified persons and in accordance with manufacturers' instructions, applicable clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
AGL will not knowingly market or supply expired, falsified, materially mislabelled or unlawfully placed regulated products.
Where AGL becomes aware of a material product safety notice, recall or regulatory issue affecting products supplied by it, reasonable steps will be taken to communicate with affected customers where available transaction records permit.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by supplier delays, customs processes, logistics providers, regulatory requirements, infrastructure disruptions or circumstances outside AGL's reasonable control.
Where a material delay occurs, AGL will provide reasonable updates where practicable.
Delivery location, freight charges, insurance, installation where applicable, acceptance criteria and transfer of risk or ownership may be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, purchase order or supply agreement.
Institutional procurement terms expressly accepted by AGL may supersede this section for the relevant transaction.
AGL may provide training, facilitation, coaching, mentoring and professional-development programmes.
Individual outcomes depend on participation, experience and circumstances.
Participation or completion does not guarantee employment, promotion, professional licensing, certification or any particular career outcome unless expressly provided by the relevant awarding or certification body.
Where AGL delivers content or programmes belonging to a third-party provider, intellectual-property, assessment and certification requirements may remain subject to that provider's terms.
AGL's consulting and advisory services are based on the agreed scope, information supplied by the client and circumstances known at the relevant time.
Business, regulatory, financial, operational or commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Unless expressly included in an engagement, AGL's consulting services do not constitute legal, tax, audit, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Clients should obtain appropriately qualified specialist advice where required.
AGL may work or coordinate with educational institutions, manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers, payment providers, consultants, professional advisers, regulators and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these organisations are independent of AGL and control their own decisions, systems, requirements, terms and performance.
AGL remains responsible for its own representations and obligations but cannot guarantee the independent acts, decisions or performance of third parties.
AGL's business names, branding, original materials, templates, website content, training materials and consulting materials remain the property of AGL or are used under appropriate licence.
Such materials may not be reproduced, sold, altered, distributed or commercially reused without permission except where permitted by law.
Documents supplied to clients may be used for their intended personal or organisational purpose.
Unauthorised access, scraping, impersonation, fraudulent submissions, misuse of content and interference with AGL's website or systems are prohibited.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with AGL's Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements.
Depending on the service requested, information may need to be shared with educational institutions, suppliers, logistics providers, professional advisers, regulators or other service providers for legitimate transaction purposes.
AGL will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information.
Confidentiality obligations do not prevent disclosures required by law, regulation, court order, fraud prevention, safety obligations or an authorised client transaction.
Clients consent to ordinary business communications through the contact information they provide, including email, telephone and messaging platforms where appropriate.
Sensitive documents should be transmitted using channels specified by AGL where such channels are provided.
Electronic approvals, accepted quotations, invoices, payment records and written communications may form part of the transaction record to the extent permitted by law.
Clients who have a complaint should first contact AGL and provide sufficient information to enable the matter to be investigated.
AGL will seek to address complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or using complaint mechanisms available under applicable Nigerian law or through a competent regulatory authority.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may agree to mediation or another lawful dispute-resolution mechanism before litigation without restricting any non-waivable legal right.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
This includes applicable rights concerning fraud, negligence, defective performance, unsafe goods, misrepresentation and other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, AGL will not be responsible for indirect losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, independent third-party decisions, or a client's failure to provide accurate information or follow applicable instructions.
Any limitation contained in a service-specific agreement will apply only to the extent that it is fair, lawful and consistent with mandatory consumer protections.
AGL will not be considered in breach of these Terms for delays or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include natural disasters, serious infrastructure or telecommunications outages, civil disruption, governmental restrictions, supplier shutdowns, transport interruptions and comparable circumstances.
This provision does not remove any obligation that applicable law does not permit AGL to exclude.
AGL may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, applicable law, regulatory requirements or business operations.
The effective date will be updated whenever material revisions are made.
Changes will generally apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Existing signed engagements remain subject to their expressly agreed contractual provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or other lawful dispute-resolution forum with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable service-specific agreements and mandatory consumer rights.
Official contact and payment information is provided through AGL's website, quotations, invoices or authorised communications.
Clients should verify payment instructions through an official AGL communication channel before transferring funds.
AGL will never knowingly authorise payment to an unrelated personal or third-party account without appropriate written explanation.
Clients should immediately contact AGL if they receive suspicious payment instructions, requests to divert funds or communications that appear inconsistent with previous instructions.
